Information collected through myMakeupStory.com does not include credit/debit card details of the customers and those details will not be stored, sold, shared, rented or leased to any third parties. My Makeup Story complies with the privacy laws and regulations of the UAE. myMakeupStory.com makes no representation that this site is governed by or operated in accordance with the laws of other nations, or that the site or any part thereof is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Those who choose to access the site do so on their own initiative and at their own risk, and are responsible for complying with all local laws, rules and regulations. By using this site, visitors from outside the UAE acknowledge this site is subject to the laws and regulations of the UAE, and waive any claims that may arise under their own national laws.
1. What Information We Collect
1.1 Personal Information
The personal information we collect may include your name, e-mail, address, phone, title, company or organisation name. Users may, however, visit our Shop anonymously. We will collect personal identification information (PII) from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Users can always refuse to supply personal identification information, except it may prevent them from engaging in certain site-related activities.
1.2 Non-Personal Information
When you visit and interact with our Shop, My Makeup Story and third parties with whom My Makeup Story has contracted to provide services may collect Non-Personal Identification Information (Non-PII) about Users, which may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about Users' means of connection to our site, such as the operating system and Internet service providers utilised and other similar information.

4. Shopify
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
For Payments:
All online payments are processed securely through Stripe (https://stripe.com). Stripe is a globally recognised payment gateway that encrypts and secures your payment information. My Makeup Story does not store, access, or retain your card details. Please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy at https://stripe.com/privacy for more information on how your payment data is handled.
5. Third-Party Services
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
