Shipping policy

At My Makeup Story, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and shipping method selected at checkout.

• UAE: 1–3 business days

• GCC Countries: 3–7 business days

• International Orders: 5–14 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order weight.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier services are beyond our control.
